A project to install and connect a new twelve-inch waterline on Highway 236 from Pine Street to Boulder Brook Drive in Boulder Creek will begin on Monday, July 31.
Travelers will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with flaggers and intermittent moving lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 am until 3 pm. Bicycle riders will also adhere to this traffic control. Delays are not expected to exceed ten minutes.
The contractor for this $6.2 million project is Peninsula Engineering of Marina, California on behalf of the San Lorenzo Valley Water District, under permit from Caltrans.
This project is expected to be complete by the end of this year, weather permitting.
