HIGHWAY 9 DAYTIME ONE-WAY REVERSING TRAFFIC CONTROL CONTINUES DURING WEEK OF APRIL 13

Travelers on Highway 9 will encounter daytime one-way reversing traffic control Monday through Friday at multiple locations during the week of April 13.
Projects Under Construction
The Highway 9 San Lorenzo River and Kings Creek Bridge Replacement Project is taking place north of Boulder Creek and involves the full replacement of these bridges for the safety of the traveling public.
- King’s Creek Bridge Replacement / Post Mile 15.41 to 15.55
- San Lorenzo River Bridge Replacement / Post Mile 13.58 to 13.69
Traffic control continues Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17 from 7 am to 5 pm as crews install a temporary signal, establishing 24/7 traffic control at these locations.
The Highway 9 Upper Drainage and Erosion Control Improvements Project is improving the operation of key drainage systems along Hwy. 9 and will include culvert replacement, paving, and enhancement of erosion control systems. This work will take place between Brookdale and the junction with upper Hwy. 236.
- Concrete work between Spring Creek Rd to Madrona Rd. / Post Mile 15.04 Traffic Control takes place Tuesday, April 13 and Wednesday April 14, from 9 am to 4 pm.
- Erosion control work will take place Tuesday, April 14 from 9 am to 4 pm at Menlo Rd. to Cresta Dr. / Post Mile 13.69 to 14.41
- During the week of April 13, crews will install a temporary traffic signal, which will establish 24/7 traffic control beginning the week of April 20, at Pacific St. to Irwin Irwin Wy. / Post Mile 11.66
