SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A project to resurface Highway 9 from Greenvale Drive to the Junction with Hwy. 236 (Waterman’s Gap) will begin on Tuesday, August 20 from 7 am until 5 pm.  Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with delays not to exceed 15 minutes.
