Northbound Highway 17 in Scotts Valley Subject to Lane Closure Tuesday through Wednesday this Week from 9 Am To 3 Pm

Travelers on northbound Highway 17 near Scotts Valley will encounter a closure of the #2 (right) lane between Mt. Hermon Rd. and Granite Creek Rd. on Tuesday Jan. 4 and Wednesday Jan. 5 from 9 am to 3 pm.

This lane closure is needed so that Caltrans maintenance crews can perform emergency tree work necessary for the safety of all travelers.

Travelers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

Message and directional signs will be in place to assist travelers in the area.

Travelers are advised to allow for extra time for their commute on this segment of northbound Highway 17 on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
