Daytime Lane Closure Set for Southbound Highway 17 Between Glenwood Cutoff and Vine Hill Road
Travelers on southbound Highway 17 will encounter a daytime lane closure for five days as hazardous materials response teams work to remove soil recently contaminated by an overturned fuel truck.
Travelers will encounter a closure of the #2 (right) lane of southbound Highway 17, between the Glenwood Cutoff and Vine Hill Road, starting Monday, October 6 through Friday, October 10, from 7 am to 2:30 pm.
Message and directional signs will be in place to alert travelers in advance of this closure. Delays are expected and travelers are asked to allow extra time for their commute through the area.
