Highway 9 Daytime Traffic Control Near Boulder Creek to Begin Monday April 11
A culvert replacement project on Highway 9 near Boulder Creek will result in one-way traffic control beginning Monday April 11.
Flagging teams will be providing one-way traffic control on Highway 9 from just south of Western Ave. to just north of Bear Creek Rd.
One-way traffic control will take place from Monday April 11 to Friday May 6.
Traffic control hours will be Monday thru Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
Message and directional signs will be in place to assist travelers in the area.
Travelers can expect delays of up to 10 minutes.
The network of culverts that undergird Hwy. 9 is central to keeping water and debris off the roadway. The rehabilitation of this critical infrastructure provides for the safety of all travelers.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
