State Route 9 Traffic Control next Week for Utility Work

A project to replace utility poles on State Route 9 near the San Lorenzo River Bridge and Monaco Lane in Boulder Creek will result in lane closures and traffic control beginning Monday, Jan. 17 through Friday, January 21 from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

Delays should not exceed 15 minutes. Message boards will assist everyone traveling through this area.

This work will be performed by Michels Pacific Energy, under permit from Caltrans.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
